version bump

- new homepage theme inspired by @GraspYonOx
- connect setup also mostly by @GraspYonOx
- some 'fixes' regarding module unloading, hopefully fixing call stack issue
- fixes to wtvshared.isAdmin() to not show log as if it was an access attempt
